I did W4R1 this morning. Tougher than I'd expected. Dig deep, take it slow and grit it out. The 3 minute bits were fine, but the last 5. Blimey was I sweating at the end. Good in retrospect, just pretty ropey at the time.
You'll be fine. Just take it easy. I'm trying to avoid thinking about W5R3 until the last possible moment!!
Week 5 Run 3 is sooo lovely. You get past the toxic 10 or 15 and get to the happy place and feel like a runner. Its amazing. If you follow the plan you will be doing it! Its fab X
Hopefully this time in a fortnight I will be thinking it's lovely too, I am determined to follow the plan, looking forward to feeling like a "runner."
