I have good shoes (had gait analysis and bought one of the recommended trainers). About three quarters of the way through the walk/run the front, outside of my right foot goes numb and is quite painful. It spreads to my whole foot by the end of the run. About 2 or 3 mins after stopping it’s back to normal.

I also had a bit of numbness ( though not painful). Loosening my laces sorted it out. 😄

I was going to say are your laces too tight too. Here is a good link about different ways to do up your laces that might help. I hope you get to the bottom of it.

I tried changing my laces and making sure they’re not too tight. It has helped but not completely solved the problem. Will persevere.
