A lot to take in I know..but if you get into a routine with this.. you will feel the benefits
Slow and steady.. you are doing well
Big target for me next week. I'm guilty of not stretching properly after a session. Need to get into a habitual routine on this. Chastise me!
You will do it from now on... Honestly, it makes things a lot easier and really stands you in good stead...Stretching after your runs is well worth doing...
The thing is, all the exercise etc and the running aid you in the event of injury, ( not necessarily running related) or illness... recovery for many of us is faster and easier because of our physical state
You really are, worth it
