Hi all, I’ve just started the app done 2 runs so far this week . Any advice to keep going!

I’m currently doing it to just get fitter,help my mental health and lose weight

Well done for getting started.Best decision of your fitness life.It will address them and lift your mood.👏👏

Busy time with preparation, take your time, it is your journey, not a race, and read the FAQ Posts, tips etc.

The programme, Administrators and the forum will support you and reassure you.

Only place to be to find your slow and steady happy pace that will build your legs, lungs, stamina and tune your running brain over the 27 runs and have you running for 30 minutes.Believe it, this is your gift to yourself.

Make sure to have a repair day following every run day,mandatory.

Slow and steady is the only way.

Welcome and keep posting and requesting the help you need.We all have different needs , so use the jewel in the crown forum.

I haven’t done any sort of running in years after my kids so I’m just building the pace back up
