Having completed W2 two weeks ago and not been able to run since due to ridiculous work schedule, I wasn't sure whether to start W3 or repeat W2. Despite still working stupid hours I kicked myself into an early morning attempt at W3. Nearly died about 2 minutes into the second three minute run but kept going and managed to complete the whole thing. Wasn't actually as bad as I had feared it would be so the previous runs have obviously worked! I have to say this is a marvellous system and I really never thought I would say this but I am actually still enjoying the running!! Well done to everyone else who is doing this.

Well done Pete. Result! You've proved you can do W3 already. Piece of cake! (Hmm. Nice idea....)

Thank you so much. Very much agreed on the idea of cake but unless it's sugar free I'm not allowed it anyway!!
