So after really struggling in wk 2 and 3 with tightness in ankle and calf. I went and had a gait analysis and got proper running shoes. What a difference ! I ran today for the first 8 mins and it was fine (the last 5 were not so much fun ) . So thank you everyone. I never thought I would get this far.
