First run...

Not kidding anyone, I've been very fit in my time (16minute 5k less that 10 years ago), but at the age of 48 it's all gone.

Just in from first run and I feel amazing. The 60 second reps were enough believe me. I'm doing this for my kids and myself. I want my life back - things were too hard.

Good luck everyone.

Believe. X

Well done. You're the same age as me and I've made it to the end of Week 6 so far. You can do it! You'll soon be running like you were a decade ago. Good for you! :)
