I did W6R3 on Monday and found it harder going than I thought I would, with a tough week at work it’s now Thursday evening and I won’t be able to do another run until Saturday- do you think it’s best to do W6 again?
Can’t decide what’s best to do....

I wouldn’t repeat it, I had a small blip last week where I ran on Monday and totally lost my motivation for running. Ended up not going out again until the Saturday that week but I made it through okay.
I’m not an expert but I feel like at this stage you can take a couple of extra days ‘rest’ and it not be an issue, sometimes you need a few more days anyway since the runs are getting longer 😀
I’d just do the next scheduled run whenever you can do it. The only exception might be the final week as we’re meant to do three 30 minute runs “in a week”.
I did it! And it was actually easier than the last time although I have to admit my natural speed is rather slow 🐌. I normally listen to music but instead listened to a podcast which had me laughing out loud as I jogged.
