I have been feeling ill this last week so have had a weeks gap. Feeling much better yesterday so off I went! It was hard to do the two 10 minute runs but I didn't want to have to do it again😳 so kept moving! 😂😂

Well done, it's so good that you could get yourself motivated after a week off. But you're doing great.

well done for persisting. I felt heavy legged today but went and managed it albeit slowly was in the zone after 10 mins and felt it would have been better to keep going as lost momentum stopping for 3 mins. Now for R3

I went for a run today and imagined all my friends and family cheering me on. It really helped! Maybe you could do the same. I will be cheering for you too. Well done.
