Enjoyed my run today...sun was out but it was nice and cool. Week 8 now complete yay!

Took a different route - which was a bit longer than i thought so i ended up having an extra 5 mins to get home...but my legs were not up for it so it was a brisk walk to the end lol

need to tweak that route - or keep it for when i start the 10k journey
