Very, very hard... getting off the blocks

So, it’s W1-R2 I took my inhaler and set off.

The first ‘blast’ of running I did, well I jogged a little bit I seem to get some strange symptoms that mean all the other little blasts I have to just do my fast paced walking 🚶‍♀️ 😕

I’m a little concerned that it’s gonna take me about a million years to do this. I really am very unfit, I have a very, very low lung capacity, chronic pain in my neck/shoulder and Asthma - I’m not a great person to put money on hey!

I do feel determined to get of the ground though. I’ve tried, I’ve made a (slow) start but at least that’s a start hey!?

It’s pretty boring being very unfit and it’s not exactly what I planned for myself ya know!

So, I need advice, will this go away? When I run, even very slowly, I get these symptoms:

A) short of breath/Whezzy, this happens very quickly every single time.

B) sharp, pain deep inside my ears.

C) jaw aches on either side. to be compleatly honest I’m not sure if this could be linked to the ear thing?

All help & advice would be very gratefully received.

I would go back to the Dr! Discuss what you are trying to achieve and what you are experiencing. You may need a medication tweek or to do the program with alternate walking paces before you do it running. Good luck and don't give up!
