Interesting running and depression podcast

I just listened to Dr Chatterjee's episode 15 podcast on running as therapy for depression, featuring psychotherapist William Pullen. Very interesting! All members of this forum should listen, whether they're depressed or not!!! Look for Dr Chatterjee Feel Better, Live More. I'd be interested to know what you all think.

The only negative was that Pullen didn't offer much specific advice on how to get started. So I've already sent an email to Dr Chatterjee to sing the praises of c25k and this forum.

Happy running all.
