Slowed down further (from 7 to 9 min/km according to map my run) and managed through a combination of bon jovi, counting and mantras to make it to the end of the 3 mins. 😀
Definitely not in any hypnotic ‘zone’ yet where I could switch off, but got there! Couldn’t remember the positive phrasing! - was trying to wrack my brain 🧠

But you did it! I’m still on w2 due to do r3 Friday! I had a cold last week but got back to it yesterday. Not sure how I’m going to manage week 3 and 3 minuted!!
