Better prepared

This morning I headed out in glorious sunshine for W2R2. As advised by many here I downloaded the podcast. The tips were brilliant and the music not bad either although I did get quite stroppy with Laura when I miscounted and thought I had done my 5 runs and she told me to go again. Something very worrying is happening. I felt as if I could run on a little longer each time! More worryingly I'm actually enjoying it and looking forward to the next run. Who'd have thought?
