Frustrated!

I write a post then go to the camera symbol and press it. It just says ‘nothing to see here’

What am I doing wrong????

Is this from a desktop browser or from your phone? The add photo script launches the folder browser on the desktop, if it's on your phone maybe there is an issue around that functionality.

Sorry, not got an iphone so can't confirm. But on android and assume it should be similar on iphone, the first time you request to add a photo it prompts you to allow the site permission to access your camera(to take new pics) and or the filesystem(to browser you galleries). You may have refused one of these permissions at some point or something has gone wrong there. So best to review the permissions sets associated with the site from the iphone settings(not an ibone user so couldn't suggest where)

There's a chance you have the popup blocker turned on for safari(iphone web browser)

Are you using the app or the browser on your phone. Could be that whichever you use hadn’t got permissions to access your camera / photo library. I mainly use the app and I can see in settings I’ve given it permission to access photos.
