Parkrun success

I’ve just completed my first 5k Parkrun in 36’20’’ as a result of following the Couch to 5k program. Feeling really proud of myself. 9 weeks ago I found running for 60 seconds hard work. Look at me now! 🏃🏼‍♀️😊🎉
