Yesterday morning I got my better half to drive me to thrybergh country park and ran around the lake there twice doing 5k in 32m 23s. Really chuffed to have completed the whole course without giving up. Now for the 5k improved plan I think

Thanks everyone, Was possibly counter productive that I celebrated this and my birthday by going to Smoke in sheffield (this place is a must for any meat lovers in south yorkshire).

Put on half a stone over the last week of celebrations and lax eating. Oh well time to lose it again running some more.
