Yay. Week 8 Run 1 in the bag. I love Jo Wiley

A month ago I’d had some sad family news and it really knocked me back.

So if anyone is experiencing similar problems,set backs - anything, - just pick yourself up, dust yourself off. Go back a few weeks or more and get back in the groove.

I wouldn’t have believed it but it worked for me. Thanks for the support.
