Did W1R2 this morning. Was still alittle heavy legged from Run1, but still managed to incr3ase my distance covered, so feeling really pleased with myself. Bring on Run3 on Sunday!!!

Well done, it feels good doesn’t it! I’ve just finished week 5 and can’t believe I’ve made it this far. I look forward to my running days which is not something I’d ever thought I’d say. Good luck in week 2! 😀

Thanks for your words of encouragement. Well done for getting to Week5. I've been lazy and made all the excuses under the sun not to improve my fitness, but being diagnosed a Type2 diabetic has made me wake up to the fact I'm grossly overweight and really really unfit since my leg injury, but this isn't an excuse to do nothing. So her I am, only 1 Run away from completing week 1.

Great stuff rest easy and have fun on Sunday
