Well done for starting, you won’t regret it. Do remember to leave a rest day between runs though.

Don't do it again.... I mean the run on consecutive days...! It is the sure way to the IC...If it was hard going yesterday that should tell you something... rest days are non negotiable on the programme.. Please check this out... there is a lot of great and sensible advice there...

Congratulations on starting!

Remember about rest days between your runs - they are as important as runs or even more.

Happy running journey!

Also started yesterday and so wanted to have another go today, but following all advice about rest days.

So here's to tomorrow and Sunday 😃

Never miss a rest day...the C25K path is littered with speedsters:)

Well done for starting. I would echo the advice you have already received, make sure you have rest days. It's easy to become elated and want to do it again soon but hold back, let your muscles rest and recover or as Old Floss says, it's the sure way to the injury couch. Be sure to let us know how you get on :)
