Started the couch to 5k yesterday it was hard going but chuffed i did it. I had a burst of energy today and thought i would give it a go today to. I feel and look so bloated now though think i need to drink more water.

Don't do it again.... I mean the run on consecutive days...! It is the sure way to the IC...If it was hard going yesterday that should tell you something... rest days are non negotiable on the programme.. Please check this out... there is a lot of great and sensible advice there...

Well done for starting. I would echo the advice you have already received, make sure you have rest days. It's easy to become elated and want to do it again soon but hold back, let your muscles rest and recover or as Old Floss says, it's the sure way to the injury couch. Be sure to let us know how you get on
