And so it begins....!

I have a leg problem which means I can only do non impact activities, so running is out....until now. Just bought myself a cross trainer and just completed Week 1 Run 1. Feeling really pleased with myself right now for completing it. I know it's not like normal running, but it allows me to push myself without fear of injury. Today my brisk walking pace was 13-16 km/hr and my running pace was 24-28, with a burst over 30 at the end. Covered 9.1km in the 30 minutes, although the distance wasn't as important as the completing the 30 minutes without passing out.
