Any compression leggings/shorts IMO. Donβt spend a fortune on fancy brands just make sure they are snug (Iβm over 100kg and they work for me, I started with xxl but had to go down to xl when the weight started coming off π). Sports direct sondico ones are cheap and work just as well as under armour in my experience.
