Feeling really good after Week 1 Run 2! Much better than I’d anticipated after my hips feeling aching. Made sure I warmed up and cooled down with some yoga stretches, as well as the standard 5min warm up and cool down segments. Run 3 planned for Thursday! Happy running everyone! 🏃‍♀️ P.S hubby definitely looks more knackered than me 😂

I did my w1r2 today and certainly didn’t look as happy as you but I completed it which I never thought i do. Well done you.
