W3R2 completed and didn’t feel so bad

Ran after work tonight. I’m nervous to say it out loud but it didn’t feel too bad. The 1.5 minute runs were just easy and the 3 minute runs weren’t dire. Felt much easier than W3R1. Looking forward to R3 on Thursday and then my next nemesis - 5 minute runs in W4 😳🤣

These nemesises keep on coming don’t they? But this is great progress already - read your own words the 1.5 minute runs were easy and the 3 minutes weren’t dire.

That’s great that you feel that difference already.

Good luck for W4 - those nemesises won’t know what’s hit them

I have to say I am amazed how quickly I have found my pace (not quick by any measure) and how good I feel for it. I remain 5 stone over weight and this is the first exercise I’ve taken for over 20 years. So it’s a great programme.

Nemesises are for slaying!

Well done! Glad it's gone well for you. Week 4 R1 for me tomorrow, trying to drink lots...and not just red wine! 👍👍👍

You're doing it 👍

That's the main thing. They all look bad on paper but when you get to them... Not too bad at all!

Keep up the great work 😁👏

Great stuff Jay. Having similar experience and sort of looking forward to the challenge of W4 but will have to complete R3 first but kind of feel quietly confident of completing. Good luck for Thursday but you won't need it you'll nail it.
