Well I was certainly brought back to earth after the high of graduation - wk 10 run 1 was the hardest ever after which I nearly convinced myself that running was not for me! So pleased I ignored that and went out again 2 days later - well the difference was amazing - my legs were so light and just wanted to run so my body followed with several pilot modes. I love love love running and of course realise that life is not without bumps in the road so why should running be any different - just need to dust oneself off, and with one foot in front of the other keep going!
Consolidation wk 10 run 1 and 2 - so much learnt. - Couch to 5K

That's it! Doesn't matter what week it is, it's just one foot in front of the other πππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ

Yep, graduation does not magically turn you into an experienced runner.........that takes many more years of constant running...........but C25K does lay all the groundwork for going wherever you want with your running.
Keep running, keep smiling.
