Just done Week 8, Run 1. Managed it but struggled in the middle.
Given the British weather it’s a bit odd, but today was the first time I’ve run while it’s raining. I can strongly recommend it!

When I finished my run today I passed a cyclist just on his way onto the trail and said Hi. He said "What a miserable day". I replied "It's a lovely day".
He looked a bit confused, "Lovely day?"
"Every day's a lovely day".
Actually I was not quite telling the truth. Every running day is lovely. When I'm running. Today was a rubbish day for gardening.
