Starting from scratch.....again

Hi, I’m 66 years young, and I did this programme when I retired a year ago, after retiring from a physical job and not wanting to put on weight, I managed with a struggle right up to completing week 9 so it is achievable. After an unrelated injury I lapsed. And it’s taken me this long and half a stone heavier to start again. I’ve just completed week 1 and found it more difficult. But I’m determined to get to week 9 again.

Welcome back.... You know the form, but check out that link for some excellent tried and tested advice:)

Take it slow and take it steady... that extra weight will start to tighten up and you will feel fitter and stronger.

You will have us running with you and we will make sure you reach Week 9, safely, injury free and having had fun. Keep posting please:)
