Maybe you weren’t going slow enough? Slow and steady
Some runs are easier than others. Good luck with your next run and enjoy x

Pacing is probably the hardest thing for all runners to come to terms with.
There is an increase in duration overall in W4, so you have to reduce your pace to take account of it. You should be able to hold a conversation as you run, as outlined in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
If both feet are coming off the ground simultaneously on each stride, then you are running. It does not matter how slow that is.
Hydration, nutrition, restedness, general mental state, weather, time of day, time of month, time of life, etc. etc. all have a bearing on your ability to carry out physical exercise, so try to do your own analysis of what is different in the case of good and bad runs.
Running changes lives.

You can finish it...you’ve just had a practice that’s all...maybe you need a couple of extra warm up minutes?? Drink more water the day before??? Eat a banana before you go....or just start off slower???

I used to find it a mental thing. I kind of let the focus go at the end 'Ah there's only one run to go, oh I can't do it'. Maybe try not to think about the end being near and just think of it as another run.
