A hard slog today, 3 sleepless nights and lots of evil spring pollen allergies. But I did it ( though not much more) and felt better for having done it, though hardly proud. I suppose running (slowly ) when you feel rubbish is good in a way. Fingers crossed I feel zingier by Thursday :-))

I think you should feel proud although where in the world are you that you’re suffering pollen allergies; not in the UK surely 🙂

We're certainly in the middle of something and it is not a typical English 'spring'! SUVs, allergies, and global warming all round I reckon ... ;o)

Oh, me too - always find this time of year really grim. Hopefully not much longer & energy levels, swollen eyes, sinuses etc will return to normal! You're doing waaaaay better than me tho. In fact I feel really ashamed as I've just let the running go. Like you, was at week 8 - but unlike you, I found I just couldn't do it. Am looking to restart at wk5 asap. Can't come soon enough.

Go you!

And you!! Don’t let it go, if you're Anything like me it’s always a real effort of will to go out and the first 15 minutes are painful(!) but after that it’s good and Inalways come back feeling pumped up and happy. Good luck :-)))

I'm in Yorkshire and in the past couple of weeks, even with the torrential rain and sleet, I have had the first signs of this year's hayfever symptoms.

Every sympathy! I think it’s birch pollen at this time of year, and then grass pollen later..... grrrrrrrr!!

Running when feeling rubbish is true grit. Enough said, you’re a star
