Moving on from C25k

Completed the c25k a couple of weeks ago, great plan for safe increases in running time, and the self belief muscle! 30 minutes did not get me to 5k, so am now doing Park runs (51 mins) and 5k training runs as the longest weekly distance. Here's Hunstanton before the weather realised it was a bank holiday and switched the rain on.
