My first early morning run this morning. The only hard bit was getting up but otherwise I really enjoyed it.
I did a route I haven’t done in a couple of weeks and it was really noticeable how my strength and stamina has come on, and the first 3 minutes flew by! I also had to extend it as I’m going much further now, it was just under 3.5k on the treadmill 2 days ago.
This programme really does work doesn’t it!! Very chuffed. Bring on Week 5?! 😀🏃♀️🏃♀️😀
