90 seconds can feel hard on the legs, but before last week you probably thought running for a minute would be nigh on impossible, but you've done it, and you can do it again. Well done.
Thank you.... its amazing how your brain can be so negative..i believe you are actually training your brain to do the run. Now ive done the 90 seconds..i know i can do it again. Its nice to have a fellow runner to push you on! ππ
