So the clocks went forward and it was dark when i got up... Didn't think i would get out of bed but i was so excited to get out there after a couple of days rest. Leg problem is resolved and i am back on it - yay!
Had a great run, and seeing the sun rise as i ran round my field was amazing. Still on a runners high
Loving the tips on breathing this week - finding myself constantly counting to 4 lol - and tips from my tracker app on using my arms makes a huge difference - my pace has improved already
Have had a sneak peek at the next couple of weeks - i really can't wait to get to week 4 with the longer runs - feel ready now but will stick to the program, gotta build that running body right!
Hope everyone on week 2 is doing great x
