Was meant to do my run first thing as I had to wait an hour for my daughter at work but my son didnt come home last night so had to drag my 3 youngest out as well , so sat looking envious at everyone running by , then ended up working for a coupe hours , finally 5.5 hours later I got home , fed the girls , little one fell asleep so thought right lets do it , had to do a treadmill run and half way through the work phone rang , luckily it was a colleague and not a client , poor thing must have thought she rang a wrong number as I panted down the phone 😂 moral of story don't time your runs for when your covering works out of hours phone , but on plus side a lovely week 8 day 1 run 👍

Love this.... I sound like a wheezy old set of bagpipes most of the time :)

Go you Mama... well done:)

Well done you - running and working at the same time... Truly a multi-tasker par excellence

And on the bright side - you know you were pacing yourself right if you could still talk in sentences. I talk back to Laura a lot in my head, but she's not a great conversationalist, and I'm not quite brave enough to just talk to myself out loud as I run! ;)

Congrats on a good run to start week 8 :)
