Frustrated with injury

Grrrr. I was doing so well. I started the C25K just before New Year and with a few setbacks I reached week 5 last week.

W5R1 absolutely fine. R2 also fine, although I felt quite a twinge in my hip. R3 impossible as my entire right leg and bum had become really painful. I've had to stop completely for over a week now. Feeling frustrated but think I'm slowly healing. I think I'm going to have to go back to W4 again whenever I can get back to it.

And I haven't managed to get that gait analysis done yet.

Pain in the b**... piriformis muscle maybe...so... a few exercises maybe?

Maybe time to get that gait analysis? And make sure you stretch after each run.

Hope your pain eases soon nellblane, maybe do get that gait analysis before you start running again as Irish Princess suggested...
