Grrrr. I was doing so well. I started the C25K just before New Year and with a few setbacks I reached week 5 last week.
W5R1 absolutely fine. R2 also fine, although I felt quite a twinge in my hip. R3 impossible as my entire right leg and bum had become really painful. I've had to stop completely for over a week now. Feeling frustrated but think I'm slowly healing. I think I'm going to have to go back to W4 again whenever I can get back to it.
And I haven't managed to get that gait analysis done yet.
