I started C25k some months ago, I reached week 3 and then had a kidney stone so stopped. I picked it up 2 weeks ago and ran 2 week3 sessions- which were fine, - I haven’t run now for 10 days as I run in the evenings and the cold has been sharp on my lungs.
My question is - should I continue with the sessions in order or should I go back a couple of weeks? Will it be more difficult when I come to week 5 without having the momentum of 5 weeks previous build up.

Your current strategy sounds as though it is working well for you and going back a couple of weeks isn't going to fix your timetabling or lung issues. (Some folk find that running with a buff covering their mouth and nose helps with the latter)
