I was home alone this morning (small person on a party sleepover) so Mothers Day started at 6.30am heading out for a run.
I ran 30mins π and even managed to get a 12.5 mile average, I'm chuffed π.

I nailed week 6 run 3 early this morning (having felt Iβd failed at it on Friday!) with my husband and 3 children starting out with me on their bikes, as a motherβs day treat! I think we might have found ourselves a new weekend activity, we all loved it!!
Enjoy your chuffedness and a happy day x
Oh Seasidepanda! How lovely that sounds and what a lovely way to include the family (without it affecting your running pace)
Happy days! πββοΈπββοΈπ€£
