Thank you for your very timely post this morning. I’ve just come back from my first run back home, one I nearly didn’t do because of the cold, wet, I think I’m starting a cold gremlins . Should have been the park run but I took your words on board and just went out for me, taking a breather, nothing to prove to anyone.

Result, I feel so very good, spring was there to greet me . I think looking at the forum on off days can really boost and inspire.
