So I completed week 1 on Wednesday. Felt elated at the time and was looking forward to starting week 2 today.
I had only been going very slowly. That slow that I had only done 1.5 miles when the programme finished.
Wednesday afternoon I started suffering back ache. It seems to be behind my rib cage, left hand side of my back. I think I must have pulled a muscle. Took some Ibuprofen and felt a bit better, albeit stiff and difficult to move around. Went for a walk in the park yesterday and boy could I feel it after that. Been drugged up on Ibuprofen ever since. Its really quite painful.
All I can think is that I was really swinging my arms and must have pulled something. Can't believe this has happened on week 1!!!!
