Just completed week 5 run 2 - super chuffed as I could barely run for 2 minutes without feeling like I was going to die at the beginning of the programme!!
My question is - does anyone else suffer with shin pain whilst running? I work long shifts so have to do my runs on a treadmill (super boring but I’m too much of a wimp to run in the dark👀) - could this be the issue? It’s only down the front of my shins & only whilst running...
Planning on tackling the big W5 R3 on Friday! Eek!
