W4R1 was a real challenge after the snowy ease of wk3. The first 5-min run coincided with a long, unrelenting hill and at 3 mins i fell back to a walk, almost unconsciously. So annoyed with myself.
Continued on, determined to complete the second 5-min run and ended up doing about 6 mins as the app crashed. Onwards and upwards!

That’s running for you literally and metaphorically.
As Irish-John says a run is a run is a run. It’s never a wasted run as its put more kms in your running experience bank.
