No, but I did see your vegan post. I'm vegan. I was vegetarian for 42 years then went vegan mid last year. One huge thing, no more arthritis in my hands, pain gone and knuckles are straightening out. A consultant has told me there is a correlation between dairy and arthritis. And did you know Coop donuts are accidentally vegan?
