This is my second attempt at c25k, I started it in 2016 and got as far was week 7 run 1 but had to stop after a car accident. Finally got the motivation to try again as part of trying to lose weight for a trip to Florida in September.
After my first indoor cricket training session of the season and a difficult w6r1 I started having pain in my lower back/hip area and was worried I would have to stop for a while, however after watching some YouTube videos of exercises and stretches and an extra day of rest, I was pleasantly surprised I was able to complete w6r2 with absolutely no pain and found the run so much easier. Really looking forward to the next run now!

Well done you .. I have also used you tube and have realised I now need to stretch before and after a run ... 5mins warm up and 5mins cool down isn't enough for me at the moment ... Although I have been told on here to get diagnosed by sports therapist etc ... Actually I am sorted now 😁 thanks ... you tube ...foam roller works wonders for me ... Ok and gym ball ... Who would of believed it 😉
No runs last week in pain
Help from you tube 2runs one after other this week 👍🏻😊😳
