W6R3 ..and this little piggy went WOOHOO!

Morning, did it. That’s it really . 😂

Sun was shining, beautiful actually . Legs were back to normal...did it during my park run and kinda felt like an athlete 🤔

Week 7 next , although due to work I can’t run till Tuesday . Looks like just “ long “ runs now ...( god I hope no marathon runner reads this 🤦🏻‍♂️) I prefer them to walk break ones now ( funny how just six weeks ago I was begging for them😢)

Feeling awfully smug with myself today coz I’ve also just lost a stone in 6 weeks as well.

Don’t worry I’m going to go before I get boringly repetitive ( I’m telling EVERYONE I see what I’ve done 😂🤣😂🤪)

I've just done the same one today. And yes, I was like a preacher sharing my "I've just ran, yes ran, for 25 minutes no walking nah ah not any in the middle" statement. Well done you. Whoop whoop!

Don’t worry I’m going to go before I get boringly repetitive ( I’m telling EVERYONE I see what I’ve done 😂🤣😂🤪) this does happen, I don't do it anymore after I started seeing the blank looks in the eyes of people to whom I was describing a run to - step by step !!
