Well, I re-started my Couch to 10K programme on 1 January, aiming to get fit again after having a break following my half-marathon.
On 2 January I came down with the awful flu that everyone's been having.
While that was clearing up, I managed to strain a rib muscle while coughing.
I'm still not right, but have re-started anyway. I'm on W2, so nothing too strenuous at the moment.
I have done less than 10K of running so far this year, but hoping for so much better ...
