New and Loving It!

I'm at the beginning of the 5th week of the NHS C25K. It's going well so far. I had a bit of a false start with yesterday's run, when I had to abort the first 3 minute run early because my back was so tight, but I managed it later in the day and now have a stretching regime that I'm hoping will guard against that happening again. I am determined to finish the nine week plan and progress after that. I ran fairly well in my 40s and now, in my late 50s, I want and need to do it again. I plan to run week 5 session 3 (the first 20 minute run) at the Mile End Park run on Saturday. Wish me luck 😊

Well done...just keep it very slow and very steady, as you go..make sure if the back is hurting, that you really do stretch it out... we stretch after each and every run :)
