redoing W2- trying to be sensible

So I was quick out of the gate and did two weeks before I got sensible. Ankle pain pushed me to go to RunnersNeed and get a proper pair of shoes tailored to my running style, and I took four days off to let my ankle stop hurting. It was important to listen to my legs, it turns out. Two more W2 runs and I'll move up to W3

Have made doctor's appt re ankle. If it starts hurting again I'll take another break
