Decided to start again with week 1 because I didn’t complete the 1st run last week and I haven’t been able to run since Saturday. Pleasantly surprised this morning that the runs felt much more comfortable somehow. My body didn’t feel as awkward and I ventured further afield and didn’t care about people driving past me. Having a few difficulties with stress at the moment and even though I’ve just begun, I can feel that this is really going to help. Looking forward to next run on Thursday now 😊
