Well last run of the week. Due to how the day planned out I ended up doing my first evening run and really enjoyed it. Found it harder cos I’ve been on my feet all day at work. Well tomorrow I have some new running gear being delivered. Some running socks, long sleeved base layer tops and wicking t shirts. Happy running peoples

Yeah will don’t. Just got some cheap stuff at the minute. But want to get some really nice stuff further on
I too did run 1 week 3 yesterday and whilst I found it tough at the time I got through it and felt quite chuffed with myself 👏👏👏
Well went and got my new running gear today. tried it all on and omg it feels so light and comfy. Looking forward to the start of week 4. All I want now is leg base layer trousers and a jacket lol
