Consolidation - Graduation run +2

I was worried about staying motivated so I asked a friend if I could change at her house and run between classes. So it was a new route on gently-undulating, rubbly tracks, (I passed a couple of other runners so obviously a popular place). As usual I thought it was going to be hard, but I accidentally ran faster than ever before (under 8' for every kilometre), and completed 4.1km in 30 minutes. Now admittedly it was on favourable terrain and with all the stars in alignment, but it was great.

I went back to my friend's and we had lunch together, and I talked to her about C25K and she may start it (she needs a bit of encouragement because she thinks she'll have trouble breathing). We've also made an arrangement to have lunch together after I run every Wednesday! Result!
